Congrats to Newgarden on the sweep but Palou is 3rd, with an 80 point lead over Newgarden.

Ouch, Rosenqvist and McLaughlin are both SPENT and getting swamped but won't lose the spot.

Newgarden gets 5 straight ovals, ties Indy record with Foyt and Big Al ( I think).

Be interesting to see how he does at Gateway, going for the sweep of all ovals for 2023.

Result result Race 2, Hy-Vee One Step 250.

A completely different race from yesterday, far more absorbing, more exciting and more cautions. I hope the Hy-Vee IndyCar Weekend remains on the calendar for the foreseeable future.

Another good result for Penske and for Chevrolet, with 4 cars in the top 6 but can either get the better of Honda at Nashville, in two weeks time?

Not sure it was controversial at all. The guys on NBC said they were gonna do exactly what they did so it seems like everyone in the paddock should have expected it too. Guess cause we're so used to seeing a red flag at the end

At the time I didn't think it was controversial either and still don't. The commentators on IndyCar radio didn't say anything.

After reading the article, I thought I would post a link to it to see what others made of it
