Yep - when I replaced my car a couple of years ago I included electric in my search criteria. There were precisely 0 electric estates in my budget. The same search now returns 15 cars - all the MG5.
Hopefully there will be other versions of this new VW - presumably a Skoda version at least. Anything other than yet another SUV type thing. |

I see there's also electric versions of the Peugeot 308 SW and Opel Astra Sports Tourer. Just 160 hp though.

Correct, Naburu. I guess they have to cope with the weight increase compare to ICE versions and keep the range at a decent (or indecent) level. They are supposed to be able to tow too. And owners are supposed to find a charging station with some room, when they want/can. Quite a challenge in France ATM.
