Thank you.
bigears - don't recall there being a race.I entered car #19 Lola t492 with 2100cc engine to get more start money (the car was shown in the Daily Express photo on your site). Qualified 16/21 in session 1 and 31/40 overall which was not good enough to get in the race. If i am right the race was cancelled but I was in the bar by then

rcarr has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
The stars and stripes Manta has been advertisied in Autosport for £29000 the past 2/3 weeks.

I would like to have some help to identify the drivers featured in the photos from the Thundersports practice/qualifying session at the Birmingham Superprix in 1986.

I can see John Foulston in his red/white helmet in his Lola T530 but that's all I know!

Thank you.

The Burke-Ratcliffe Lola, No2 is definitely Mike Wilds- the distinctive yellow helmet with black diamonds is a giveaway

Car 16, the Roni Lola Mazda- think that might be Ian Flux behind the wheel?

Well, down at the grubby end of the grid, car 77 is Steven Roberts behind the wheel.

Does anyone have or know anyone who might have the timesheets of the qualifying heats from the 1986 Birmingham Superprix?

Thank you.

Haha! I started off by looking for video footage of every race but that was financially impossible as TV companies charge so much!

So I am going for timesheets of every session (qualifying, warm up, practice and race) that took place at the Birmingham Superprix.

Also I am still not clear on the actual and final timeline of the 1986 Birmingham Superprix with so many cancellations and shortened sessions. I am determined to achieve this!

I don't. I'm from Uruguay, so I don't know forum members personally.
