Richard Jenvey - super / turbocharged(?) MG Midget

Does anyone have information on Richard Jenvey and his turbocharged / supercharged MG Midget?

I still have a vivid recollection of seeing this at Brands Hatch in the early 1970s. It was incredibly fast down the pit straight and if I recall correctly, it finished 2nd in a field of much larger engined machinery.
