2025 Le Mans Potential Entries

Hello guys. What you think, is this list realistic for next year? Any correction?

@Acura: join the party, at least at Le Mans!

With the succes of the privateer Porsches you would expect interest from teams as replacement for Jota.

Either Isotta or Peugeot is not gonna be back next year - 39 cars (21x HY + 18x GT) at most is my guess!

Looks a pretty good list. I've not heard anything from Action Express about whether they'll return or not next year. For sure Le Mans hasn't been kind to them. I've got doubts about Isotta being able to double up. And if that is their "first team" right now, I dread to think what their second lineup would be.

I could also see one additional high level team try to get one of those JOTA Porsches.

What an awesome video from Wind Tunnel, theoretical Ferrari 499p vs Nissan GT500 for one lap at Le Mans. Bring in a GT500 for Garage 56 in 2025!

That would be fantastic to see! Not too dissimilar to the G56 Nascar entry, although that was modified significantly for Le Mans. I wonder what changes would be needed to make it last 24 hours? And a Toyota entry would probably be more likely accepted than a Nissan or Honda....

You can't teach someone who doesn't think they need to learn.



As far as the ACO are concerned, the demise of Isotta, and Glickenhaus before them, is a price well worth paying for the depth of manufacturer engagement in hypercar.

However... Both were given the opportunity, it's not really the ACO's fault they weren't funded well enough or competitive enough. Let's not forget Glickenhaus were given a number of chances even though they never completed a full season. Yes, I know, they were welcomed as the only competitor to Toyota.

True enough, but as sure as eggs is eggs, there will come a time in the not too distant future when we will wish we still had them or their like. The chances of getting any new privateer entries now are pretty much non-existent.
