Oscar for sure, very mature drive.

I'd also closely nominate Franco Colapinto with a great points finish.

Any shadow over oscars 1st win has been blasted.
That was a hell of a pass, and some great high pressure defending

But geez he needs to learn to not be so excited on the radio at the end of the race.
That whispered yes was just too much over the top. Kiddies are watching!!
Im all for showing emotion

I got more excited when I once found 50 cents on the footpath!

Agreed. Great driver but zero personality, hard to warm to him as he's not showing anything to like - Kimi was monosyllabic but somehow still showed his personality, Oscar not managing that at the moment.

Oscar. This is the first time I remember a 100% vote for one driver.

His banzai pass on Leclerc was perfection, and from there he held his nerve and soaked up the pressure without one hint of a mistake.

Leclerc and Perez also did well as the street circuit specialists. Checo spoilt it at the end by drifting into Carlos, and Charles was just a bit unlucky to meet a driver who was having a 11/10 day when he was only having a 10/10 day.

Respect also for Lando Norris who not only climbed from a rubbish grid position (not of his making) to an impressive points haul at the end. Also for playing the team game and holding up Perez for just long enough to let Oscar hang on to his position when it looked like he was going to be undercut. So that's both of Oscar's wins that were achieved with help from Lando.

Perez as compensation for being taken out before the finish. So not 100% for one driver.

I didn't see it as such. I think he bore at least equal responsibility.

It's one of those where you could argue a case for either driver being at fault - for me it's more on Perez.

I of course voted Piastri. But I was impressed by a number of other drivers including Colapinto, who certainly is a step up from the last two drivers in that seat.
