Saw a listing for a reserved RV spot for the Petit on the Atlanta Facebook Market Place. I PMed you with the link. Not sure it's legit, but it's worth looking into.

Good to hear. I was worried that your friend that lost his RV pass was the one that was hosting your camp site. Tuesday entry does require a reserved RV pass or some other special entry pass.

O no we camp in the same spot every year. He'll run to it right after gates open Wednesday morning. My only worry is someone notices our tent isn't being used and wants the space

Think good thoughts for the track guys and how much work they're gonna have in front of them. Can think of more than a few pines with SERIOUS issues including both at the T3 flag stand. Hopefully they stay up but that amount of decay at the ground ain't good and Road Atlanta is on the eastern edge of it now

She was there in the spring, hopefully doesn't take out the marshal post

Well finally got some good news. Girlfriend officially has a sub for her class on Friday, so as long as the school sectary gives the OK to miss the whole day we might be leaving midnight Thursday

Girlfriend doesn't get outta school till like 5. At that point there's no point leaving with a six to eight hour drive. Gonna just relax and maybe nap at home, leave at midnight, and get there between 6 and 8am Friday and watch all the racing.

Are you saying that pic is from earlier this year? If so, it's probably gone by now. If not, don't be surprised to see it taken down before race activity starts on Wed.

I'll be flagging from T2-3 this year it seems, looking forward to seeing the cars rocketing up the hill coming out of 1 and I'm sure 3's tight right-hander will generate more than the occasional contact call...

Out of all the things, I'm probably most excited about the weather forecast - definitely suit weather, first time since April!
