The SpeCTator should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Purchased my weekend pass some weeks ago, still no tickets either email or paper.
Expect chaos at the gates!

Sorry to misinform in my earlier post, I now understand there is no live stream this weekend which is so disappointing.

Not to worry JR, only just got in from shopping, visiting sick relatives, feeding their pets etc. Wall to wall sunshine in Weymouth today - not forecast - with an improving picture at Castle Combe. Not what is forecast for tomorrow unfortunately...

Hammering down but safety parked up at Tower banking. Camera might not make an appearance if this continues.
Good luck to all the drivers, crew and especially the orange army.

After sunburn karting at Clay Pigeon (Dorchester) yesterday it looks like I'll go rusty today. Just about to leave home, wish me luck.

Sorry we missed each other Max. Team Delta had a nice day . Lots of tea waiting around . Spannering Saturday and Sunday . It’s was good to see HRTR5 little Elva going so well again . We had bit of a drama in week as found the chassis was cracked . Tricky conditions and sadly only the one race as time curfew kicked in. So unload and set of for Spa tomorrow .

One thing I will say is that I was mighty impressed with Castle Combe crew that repair the tyre walls and recovery . Very professional .

They are very dedicated and organised. Amazed they got so much racing done. Mind, they do get a lot of practice…

Thoroughly enjoyed the action on Sunday despite the damp conditions.
Lots of super racing, HRDC my favourites, of those the All Stars & Alfas just ahead of the others.

Great to meet forum members Celia, Delta and thanks to MikeL for telling us about the Gilbern Chevy GT.
Lots of other friendly folk to chat to trackside and when sheltering in the paddock...

Only took photos in AllStars/ Alfas and Gerry Marshall Trophy, as it was quite
tricky trying to protect camera from moisture.

It was such a shame. We hardly saw any racing on Sunday thanks to safety cars and red flags - the only race that seemed to run to length appeared to be the Ferraris when I was in the café sheltering. Had to go at 5:00 and they were running so far behind we missed three races.

Ah well, that's Wiltshire in Autumn.

A couple of batches from Saturday qually. It was a tad moist and dark. After which I retreated to the car, parked on the Tower banking, and watched the racing. Sunday was just watching from the dry and warm car.

Thanks to the brave posters for sharing nice pics. Assuming the "yellow wonder" seen in post #38 is a Tickford made Maestro I do recognize the badge seen on the Mini Coupé bonnet but can't name it atm.

I think that is a Broadspeed GTS. I saw a pic of one yesterday when looking for the Red and Silver Broadspeed colours in another thread here.

Good to meet you also, Malcolm and Grace. Good pics especially under the circumstances. Nice photo of the Lotus, thank-you!
Could hardly believe that the All Stars was not red flagged, just SC'd whilst Alices' car was being extracted from the tyre wall! I agree marshalls and recovery guys did an amazing job whilst we all circumnavigated several times. Haven't heard anything but hope she was OK.

Good photos - thanks all. (Malcolm Smith - I'll doubtless be in touch about some of those pics, but no rush as my next copy date is some weeks away )

Pleased that my fading memory which flashed up "Broadspeed" when I saw the Mini Coupe appears to have been accurate - actually pleased doesn't seem adequate - amazed is more accurate

MikeL should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Not a great weekend for me, two of my three cars were DNF. The Magnette rear anti-roll bar detached and was dragging underneath and the Gilbern Chevy had gear selection issues and then developed rough running, I don't know why. That's it for me for this year, plenty of jobs to do over the winter.
