Having watched the video, that fuel tack did OK. It's obviously got coated in fuel as it's broken away, which is what's burning off, but it's retained it's contents and not produced a massive fireball. I'm quite impressed considering the damage.

With respect to going over the wall, the same could be said for anything which is throw off a wreck - wheels, suspension and body parts - and can be from pretty much any category. I once had a V8 Eurocar throw it's entire back axle at me at Mallory Park. Loose stuff is unpredictable, but everything seems to have done it's job properly.

None of the three BJR cars looked happy in the shootout.. you could either hear the tyre squeal or see the pilots turn the opposite way to the corner flow to manage forward direction.. Mr Evans made the best of it.. they don’t look comfortable for any of them..

Mr Tander just suggested on Fox he was first choice.. but didn’t have his race gear or more importantly his race seat insert in the truck. They will know for next time!

Interesting in the same interview, Mr Tander suggested that Mr Allen turned down the ride in the Penrite car when learning he would be ineligible to range in Super2 for tomorrow.. so not EMS’s fault at all..
