elephino should be qualifying in the top 5 on the gridelephino should be qualifying in the top 5 on the grid
Just a quick results thing tonight on Brazil (read why in another thread).

1. Rossi
2. Barros (closing in on Rossi so I heard..still haven't seen the race)
3. McCoy

6. Roberts

The 6th place was enough for him to win the championship!

Congratulations Kenny Roberts Jnr.

Lazy Boy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The fun thing for us fans is that now he can RACE for the win instead of best "point strategy"

Partial quote from an interview::

I'm glad that's over and I can race for the lead... I feel like I've had my arms tied behind my back.... adding up points in my head all the time instead of going for the lead.

Might lead to some good races for us to watch!!

Looks like he kept up with him well enough to win the Championship with 2 races to go.... Or did you notice?

That's what the races are for.... for us to see... and we will.... young Mr Rossi has to keep it right side up first....Rossi might have been going 101% all year... Roberts might have been 97%.... which is the better strategy?

As an aside to this... how many of you think the Roberts Suzuki is 100% as good as the 2 best Hondas and 2 best Yamaha's?

I believe the Suzuki is just a little behind in HP.... but I don't get to watch as many races as I'd like to.... Sorry if this is an old subject.

I don't know if you noticed but Rossi is in his first year on a 500!Getting so close to the championship in your rookie year is quite an achiefment.

Next year Robert in my opinion won't ride that easy to a championship,i don't think he will get it at all.
Next year will be a fight between McCoy and Rossi and i think Roberts will only be a spectator at that fight.

The Suzuki is a little behind in HP but is 'easier' to ride,it's the overall package that made the Suzuki a winner.

Roberts smacked'em good in Japan.... one left to go... {if Rossi could ever keep up)

I don't think people have any idea how DETERMINED Roberts is as a man.

If you want to know how determined.... have an old hardcore fan tell you how his old man used to SMOKE the World.
