Who else is blown away by bmws performance so far this season. I mean other than retirements, and yes, there were a few, they've now pulled up comfortably to the 'third best' jordan team and this in their first few races. Fair play to button for staying with ralf aswell.
I'd almost put odds on them putting up a creditable fight next season. So long as they don't go near Juan 'lost it' Montoya. |

BMW's reliability has been quite good this year so far for a manufacturer in their first year. I think that RS and JB are ony going to get better and move the car further up the grid as the season progresses. The real key will be if Williams can continue to give the two a well balanced chassis capable of running in the points.

The BMWilliams seems to be the surprize of the early season. Ralf sure has the hunger and talent and Jenson...well who of us wouldn't want to be in his race boots?

After driving my new 2001 BMW X5 4.4Ltr V8 for a fortnight, I can say they will do very nicely for a first year team, and should expect some podium finishes for Ralf. Awesome machines!!! I am not biased,,,AM not! AM not! |
