Welcome to the Art & Photography Forum

Welcome everybody to this new forum.
As many of you will know, I have displayed some of my works on our beloved ten-tenth's site and thanks to those who have posted remarks and comments about my paintings. I know that there are many very talented artists and photographers out there, sometimes to my cost when I have made a presentation/tender for a project and another artist's style has been chosen! But there are far more folk who appreciate what we do and will no doubt enjoy browsing through this forum. Some will like my style of work, some will like another, but the aim here is to show and discuss the countless variations of style that art and photography have to offer.

So if you create any form of motoring art or take photographs - professionally or just as a hobby, please show us what you can do and if you have comments or queries to a particular post, these will be most welcome but PLEASE read the posting guidelines first.
We look forward to seeing some outstanding art and photography and to start us off, here again is the link to my own website http://www.andrewkitson.com
Enjoy.

Andrew , i know its what you do all the time by producing all these wonderful paintings , but it really does give people alot of pleasure to look at like this .

I mean , just look at this painting of the festival , you could just stare at it for hours !

Hi Sato san, looks nice in that frame, thanks for the kind words. Just out of interest, the Vector at the bottom left won the Festival in '94 driven by Jason Watt. Jason contacted me recently as he wanted one for his home in Denmark.

Im not surprised Jason wanted one......it looks great !....I got mine from Denis Davidson as it has Anthony's signiture on it by his Haywood car.

ive got the Takuma Melbourne print framed exactly the same too.....was a bit costly but worth every penny .

Nice to see Jason getting on with his life in the manner that he is and still doing the things that he used to do....

oh , one last thing ,On thev Festival painting, the way youve captured Jenson's eyes in his crash helemt is so life like...even if anyone didnt know anything about Junior racing you could still see it was Jenson driving that Mygale ..Brilliant .

I'm glad to see this forum - great addition, Craig. Plus, good choices for hosts.

I guess I've got one more forum to peruse every day, now...

Cheers

Hi Big Mac
I don't have a distributer there at the moment. I have had my prints sold through a few dealers in the past in Australia and NZ, but no, not at present. Always interested though!
Thanks.

excellent forum. I'll have to post some bits up at some point. Although I concentrate on liveries and 3d design I do like to do marker illustrations as a change,,when I find the time.
