Mini Racing

The Mini 7 Racing Club is the UK's longest running
one make championship. Introduced in 1966 !

And provides some of the closet racing and best entertainment of the day, grids remain healthy.

There is a Mini Racing Festival at Castle Combe
on the 26th May 2003.

Vanitec Computers Mini Carnival.

An absolute must for Mini fans, with the debut of the John Cooper Challenge, as well as the Mini Se7ens and Miglias. Also featuring Formula Honda, Porsche Open, Porsche Classic, Castle Combe Saloons, Moonraker Forklifts Formula Ford Championship and National Mobile Windscreens FF1600 Championship.

I shall be doing the pictures for Autosport that day as well! Would sugest that nobody bothers with the BTCC at Thruxton that weekend and goes to Combe instead!!

Sam, your begining to worry me...Trabant's of all things...you sound like the sort of bloke who would contemplate racing a Beetle of all things...but nobody would be that daft...would they???

Mini's rule!

Been watching them race as long as I can remember - well, since 1965/66 at least! I'm sure Pete Baldwin was doing it then as he is now!
Some of the best races I have ever seen are Mini races and some of the most spectacular drivers. John Rhodes for one.
