Solo 2 is fun!!
After ten events I'm sitting in third in my class and 33rd out of 130 . I found out at the last event the leader in my class has been using adjustable Koni shocks and struts , which are illegal in Stock class. I guess he's only cheating himself. If I hadn't missed two events due to work , I would be higher too. My room mate came last week with her boyfriend .It was their first event. The both drove their Protege 5 , and Rachael was faster than her boyfriend ! I'm going to leave the Focus stock for this year (and next ) , but I'm going to get some R compound tires for next year which are legal in Stock. It took me a while to get used to front wheel drive, but I'm having a real blast !! The last few events have been on part of a road course , which leads to higher speeds, and quite a few agricultural excursions !! So far I've managed to avoid this and no kill too many cones. I'm sure my time will come !
