Marshals at work - help please?

This is a begging letter!

The British Motorsport Marshals Club has a number of displays or places in which we provide interesting photos of our members at work. These displays are typically in support of publicity or recruitment so that we can keep up the numbers of marshals.

Several displays are now looking a bit tired and the members portrayed have in some cases moved on to bathchair racing.

If we had any spare money I guess that we could go out and buy or commission really nice images to use on our displays. But we don't, so I'm wondering if any of you would donate some images for us to use? That is how we got the previous ones and some of the same snappers (sorry, high class professional sports photogs) have, bless them, offered to help out again. But we still need more.

We would obviously respect and credit your copyright but find money a bit of a difficult subject. (My treasurer gets violent at paying for anything). Electronic images which we could have printed on whatever we found useful would suit us best.

To see what we would like to upgrade, visit The Marshals Club website

All offers of help gratefully received.

Many thanks.

Jim Whitaker
Chairman
Midland Region
British Motorsport Marshals Club.

Thanks for that but please note that any taken at Loton which include me may be subject to veto unless you promise to record only my best side and give a chance to brush my hair first.

Thanks

Jim

Could you identify which is your best side? I've seen you and it wasn't obvious

I'm more than happy to help out and send more images. Surely this is a special case and nobody would expect payment.

Thanks Alan; all offers very welcome. We have been very fortunate in the past and people have been most generous and helpful. I just wanted to be "up-front" in the post about what I was looking for.

Regards

Jim

I thought I had more marshal pics, anyway here's my best.
If you'd like to use them I can supply them without the watermark.
