when I posed this question to my hubby his only reply was - getting passes to Donnington and being fed and watered by Renault Hospitality!!!! Yeah good one Kev!
ok mine is easy 1) waking up the whole of paddock Hill Bend when a certain Clio came past in first place. 2) seeing a flash of orange FRenault flying through the air at Croft. I honestly thought it was Vincent Apple being crumped but he was underneath. 3)Derek W saying 'of course you can go in the garage - just tell them I sent you' Wow was I chuffed. Nice one Derek. |

2) Getting my racing licence and running in my first Mini race 3) The Snetterton charity day! Riding in a Clio |

Well I put the Snetterton charity day - top of my life's good days. I was just including race days in my list.

* Snetterton Night Race last year. I hadn't laughed that much in ages!
* Snetterton Charity Day. What a scream! * Driving Lotus Elise around Silverstone Can't put these in any preferential order as I couldn't possibly decide. I am predicting that Mondello and Knockhill meetings will sneak into my list for 2001. Looking forward to both |

1. Driving the FIV car at Gold Coast Indy 2. Coming second outright in the Qld Historic Touring Car club championship. 3. Michael Schumacher, finally, winning the World Driver's Championship for Ferrari. |

the first division play off final at wembley. i know it wasn't motorsport, but it was still damn good. |

Cool, yes. Scary, definately.
At least I was only hanging out of a side window. Others were sitting with legs hanging out the back of the open tailgate. One slip and Matt Neal would have had a new bonnet mascot. |

Craig and Invader will no doubt disagree, but I think - for me - making a trip across the world to meet the 'other side' of Ten-Tenths was tops.
Of the trackside occasions, Le Mans was huge, the charity day at Snetterton was wonderful, but... Glorious Goodwood takes the prize. Everyone should be there this time, no excuses!! |
