Graham should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Q21. What car marque was named in 1901 after Emil Jellinek's daughter?

Q22. In 1896, the first speeding ticket was issued for breaking what speed limit?

Q21. This is an easy one, Graham.
Mercedes.

Q22. This is a little bit more difficult to answer.
You say, in 1896, the first speeding ticket was issued.
But I know of a story from 1872.
In Duluth, Minnesota, someone got a speeding ticket because he drove faster than "the walking gait of a man", as it was described in the law.

I thought Q21 might be easy.

I think for Q22 we should probably accept either answer - the answer I have is 2mph, which I presume is a traffic limit imposed on cars.
