good to hear- and the GT40 is back Gulf colors as is the early '70's vette, the jag xj220, and toyota GT1, i saw the pescarolo courage peugot very nice- i just hope the events and competition aren't so tedious and long this time, keep the cars packed up a bit, in the enduros and any event over 5 laps you end up alone and in front whent yres are changed...
i did see a new MINI, new mercedes sl something |

You can't run yopur own race team....that idea has been scrapped.
Mount Fuji is on the game I think, although that was just a guess from the look of the track on a replay. And....and....and.......he wants to include the old Nurburgring in Gran Turismo 5! Can't wait for that! |

i assume the reason for no pictures being posted is copyright?
Unfortunatley i haven't many new cars, except the pescarolo courage peugot, and a couple of Jap ones that weren't in the last game. It seems like the final car list is a very carefully manged secret. i've found these lists, http://www.racers.co.kr/MHboard/news...?no=578&page=2 and this site has some screenies of cars which aren't on the list. And if you cant be bothered to read the list, here are the cars on it im going to go looking for. Aston Martin DB4 GT ?58 Aston Martin DB5 ?64 Aston Martin DB6 ?66 Bugatti 16/4 Veyron ?02 Bugatti EB110 GT ?94 Caterham 21 Caterham 7 De Tomaso Pantera GT5-S ?86 Ford Capri Ford RS200 ?85 Ford Sierra Cosworth Ford Sierra RS500 Jaguar D-Type Works Race Car Jaguar E-Type S3 ?72 Jaguar F-Type Concept Koenigsegg CC 8S ?02 Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary ?89 Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 SE ?01 Lamborghini Murcielago ?02 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing ?56 Morgan Aero 8 GT Race Car Saleen S7R ?01 TVR T350C ?02 TVR Tasmin ?81 TVR Vixen 2500M Ultima GTR |

I'd really like to see some of the cars on that list, but on the granturismo website they have a working list where they are putting on cars that they know or think might be on the game and, so far, most of the cars on the above list are not on it. Their list isn't complete though, so there's still hope.....

I hope the fact that they're looking at the scenery and pit-crew etc will mean that playability and the depth of the car lists are compromised. I'm all for things looking nice, but there have been other games series which have lost their way by concentrating too much on 'the look'. I have faith in sony, so hopefully it won't happen with the Gran Turismo series.
