If you got the BBC coverage taped you'll see Wattie sitting in his Mclaren. Its a good insight into racecar design.

Top quality cars...

They only come to the UK once more this season... Donnington in September I think..

Seems unfair that they get two races at the Nurburgring!!!!!

Mr Stretton is the man.....

Anyone got a confirmation of that Donington date?

If that clashes with the Goodwood Revival, I will be very, very cross.

I saw them last year at Donington, and seeing a Tyrrell P34 diving through the Craner Curves with a Lotus 91 hot on it's tail was one of my great motor racing moments.

Gerard, that's the best news I've heard this evening.

August 27th? I can get there.

I am now officially a happy bunny.

Thank you.

Here are the complete dates as forwarded to me by a participant:
13th + 14th May Monza
10th + 11th June Most
1st + 2nd July Barcelona
5th + 6th August Nuerburgring
2nd + 3rd September Donington
30th + 31st October Neurburgring (Eifel Klassik)
25th + 26th November Kyalami
Recommend a visit to the Eifel Klassik as 180 GTs and Touring Cars race over 10 laps of the Nordschleife on Sunday Morning. Hell of an early start though Race begins at 8.00 a.m.

Thanks for the tips guys. It's a shame that we'll only get to see them twice this year According to the 10 Tenths events calendar, Donington plays host to the FIA European Challenge for Historic Touring Cars AND the Jordan Grand Prix 10 Anniversary Celebration that weekend - any idea which one is correct ?

Well, if it's September 3rd I can still get there.

I'm still a happy bunny,

Albeit now a busy happy bunny, because the Saturday will be spent at Silverstone for the annual Bentley Drivers Club meeting.

Now there's an event I can recommend. Any meeting that can have a vintage Bentley, an AC Cobra, a Formula Ford, a TVR Tuscan and a Formula 1 Connaught competing IN THE SAME RACE, like they did last year, is not to be missed.
