Since I've been away for a short while, I don't think we've met DancingMachine.
A belated welcome to 10 Tenths!

The Predictions Competition is a little 'just for fun' competition in which everyone predicts the outcome of a Grand Prix.
You name the first six finishers of a race and points are awarded like this:

2 points for any driver predicted in the right place.
1 point for any driver predicted in the top 6, but not in the right place.

Competition is open for every member of 10 Tenths at any time during the season.
Since one can earn 12 points maximum for each race, and the competition leaders are now, after 4 races, on 20 points, it's still not to late to enter.

You'd have to say that 20 out of a possible 48 isn't really very good. Just goes to show how hard it is to predict what's going to happen.

15 out of 48 is even worse

It just goes to show you that this championship is not going to be as predictable as previous years. Bring on the suprises I say

I agree, I was just saying that even the best of us (not yours truly obviously) can't predict who the top 6 will be at any given race, let alone what order they will finish in

As you also said, keep the supprises coming.

PS 18 / 48 isn't stunning either, but is none the less better than I can manage!

If you had picked Ralf to win, that would have gained you an extra two points.

Yes,

But my pride and sense of good taste would preclude such a course of action. Wouldn't it?

Unbelievable Valve, Moff has launched a Multi-Thread Attack on Ralf. We need a super-hero to combat this evil man - Where is Ralf's Girl?

Well I can't believe I'm in tenth place, that's good, though it's going to get better, because if the williams keep scoring points I will continue to pick JPM in the top 6.

Well I have the same as Moffatt (and I have been saying since Malaysia that Ralf would win a race before Spain.) Bernie hath ordained that it should be so.

The next non-Ferrari or McLaren winner will be Trulli.

Not a chance. JPM will win in Spain.

Some of you will actually remember that I posted several months BEFORE the season started that FRANK IS BACK. I said that at some circuits, Michelin will prove to be the better tyre and then Frank's cars will be winning races this year. After this, both Frank and Michelin started to downplay their chances this year, and I accused them of sandbagging. Make no mistake, those who are bagging JPM and Ralf will be joining Dino and AMoffat with their diet of Humble Pie.
