Copyright and trademarks in paintings
Hello
Does anybody know if there are any issues with using logos and trademarks in a painting that will be printed and sold? I'm painting a 917 at the moment and the Gulf and Firestone logos are clearly visible. Somebody also told me that Porsche sometimes copyright the profiles and angles of the cars. Is this the case?
