BTCC Astra

Here is an A3 sized original I did for Phil Bennett of his win at Donington in 2001. Acrylics on hardboard.
I have not done that many modern BTCC works, perhaps should do more? Hope you like it.

Nice. Do you usually use acrylics?

BTW, there was an interview with Mark Webber that showed him on an excersize bike in front of four or five motorsport paintings that look to be in your style. Are they your work?

Thanks pplater. Yes, usually acrylics, sometimes oils. Mark has some prints of my work but not any originals. Was he filmed at home on the TV?

No, It was in the weekend magazine of the Newcastle herald, circulation around 200k. It didn't metion you work, it was mostly about his diet and training; i just recognised the style of the works. he had one with a blue F3 car, and the others were obscured slightly.

The F3 one would not be mine - I never painted his ADR F3 car.
