Johnny Dumfries at Le Mans 2004?
It was closer to the date last year but Johnny Dumfries was thinking about racing at Le Mans again.
Is this still the case that he's thinking about a comeback drive or has all notion of the idea been buried? Any ideas guys? PRF |

Non starter I believe. He's concentrating on his historic festival.

That's a shame. I'd like to see the Marquess of Bute (for 'tis he) back at La Sarthe.

Shame really. Would be great to see the trio reunited in Jan Lammers Dome. Lammers, Wallace and Dumfries.
Talking of which, what's Andy Wallaces' plans. RFH in 2004? Dyson aren't going, he's a free agent. PRF |

It would be even nicer to see them in a British car, how about an appearance in the group C support race?
Vandijk, we must have been rubbing shoulders in the grandstand! H |

In a car with Silk Cut livery and no.2 on the side? It'd be nice.
Which makes me think. Do you think they'll try and give the cars numbers with historical significance? Obviously it will not be completely possible. I guess each competitor just applies for a number like in most racing. I bet some of them ask for a number that car raced with... Last edited by Adam43; 23 Mar 2004 at 09:05. |

Well they did like working together last year (as always). I have some pictures of Andy working in the Dome pits last year: http://www.adamashmore.co.uk/photos/...day/index.html
