Croft Powertour May 27/28
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone from the lively Ten-Tenths crew are off to Croft for the F3 and GT's?? I finish my Uni exams the day before so I can afford to slack off then... I will be spending most of the day in the Paddock, got some crafty interviews with some F3 teams fixed up, but I will be watching the action otherwise. I have never been to Croft before, any viewing tips? I suppose I should just look at Craigs excellent track guides... Come and say hello if any of you guys see me, I will be wearing a Durham University Motorsports top or I will be plugging my website with my F1Mech.com T-shirt on, weather permitting..... Andy |

Theres two good places to watch racing at Croft. Either on the spectator banking at Complex 1, or at Hawthorn bend. These give good views of large areas of the circuit.
The ultimate best place to watch though is in the pit lane. I spent the weekend with the Prodrive BTCC team at Croft last year. Awesome experience. Just watch the dodgy one way system which the Police opeate to get out of the circuit. Massive queues normally. |
