Renault launching a new clio???

Are Renault launching anew version of the Clio at some point this year?

My mum used to race Renault 5 in the first couple of years (whenever they made the promo video "Bunch of Fives") and Renault has invited her back to Thruxton (think it was here - some sort of revival day anyway) for some sort of demo race or something...

As you can tell from the last sentence or two, I dont know much about it, does anyone here know any more?

It's the 30th anniversary of the first Renault 5 race. 5 TS's and GT Turbos are taking part.

Was she the first race winner?

the 182's already out to account for the hike in power in both formula renault and clio racing.

not sure if she won the first race or not Craner. Pretty sure she was second in the championship though (possibly third :confused: ).

In fact, the red white and blue car in the picture on bella's link is her I think.

edit: after a bit of googling, yes it was her that one the first race
