Sadly it was a "Safety" camera van with the laser gun thingy not a Gatso so there were no road marking's. Also if you are in your own car then the NIP has to reach you within 2 week's no question. Unfortunately I was in a hire car, this means that as long as the hire company receives the NIP within 2 weeks they can take as long as they like finding out who the driver was.
