Winning Eleven 7 ps2
any one play this?
really cool just how does it stack against EA's FIFA 2004? or other. shame it doesn't have the full Cup action though it seems a little off but the real players are there. I have never been so satisfied to win byt one point and thats in OT. that's how good this is. |

FIFA 2004 really sucks so it's not that hard to be better.

Yeah it is, for some reason they call if winning 11 everywhere but the PAL regions.
Anyway, it's the best football game in the whole world. It's really impossible to quantify how much better than FIFA it is. If you're into football at all you'll love it. |

It's a truly wonderful game.....very hard to master but when you do it's wonderful.
I am utterly bored of it now though....I went through a master league season on 5 star difficulty winning every game, scoring over a hundred goals in 26 league games and collecting just four yellow cards. The only enjoyment I get out of it now is when I play my best mate.....but I seem to thrash him now as well. The next game better be difficult, because there's nothing like a struggle IMO! |

pass the ball A LOT! You can't do the FIFA glory runs, you've got to pass the ball and build up play steadily, just like in the real game.
BTW Knowlesy's stats are based on what must be hundreds of hours of play! Once you master what works and what doesn't, tackling and scoring becomes quite easy. |

Yep, I've got it and it seems to be swallowing up a lot of my time. I can't get into WEFA Master Cup (something like that), its the only trophy I don't have.

That's it Damon, lot's of practice from the two previous games as well.
I must admit, I seem to have found a tactics/formation combination that makes it far too easy. Did I mention that in the same master league season I conceded just 9 goals. If anybody wants to copy my tactics and team just ask and I'll give you details. Maybe it isn't the tactics though, maybe I'm just flukey!!!! Anyways, I've changed my tactics to make it more difficult. I'm getting a lot more 1-0 victories now, rather than winning 4 or 5-0 all the time, so I'm happier! |

I've done it!
I kicked off with a Master League team on 5 star and bought good players, but not great. People like Nicky Butt etc.... just solid players. I gained promotion in three seasons and then it began to get too easy again! |
