Like I've said, Bernie's master plan is to make all the tracks Mickey Mouse, so the fans will no longer care where they're racing.
Plus there are a lot of unimaginative tools who're running things at the national level around the world... Probably fewer than 5 men have designed every track build or modified in the last decade worldwide... And all of them pretty much suck, and seem to have a hatred of trees. Raven Park has 4 passing opportunities at turns 1, 10, 13 and 17. It has a mix of fast and medium speed turns amongst it's 17 turns, with only one particularly slow turn.
Turns 1&2 is very similar to the corresponding turns at Albert Park. However, turn 2 is slightly tighter and the 2 turns are a little further apart. 3, 4 & 5 is an excellent fast section. The run from turn 6 to turn 10 is another highlight, with high speeds, fast turns and a good passing spot at the end. Turn 7 is quite similar to turn 1 at Mid-Ohio. 11&12 and 14&15 are also pretty neat little turns. As mentioned, Raven Park is one of my faves. What do you think? |

damn Mac, that's a bloody good track. You have to dress up as Hermann Tilke and do a good job, not like him!

OK Here my last job, called Fast.
It's obviously long and fast, as all my tracks are. There is a long, looooong straight after the start finish line. Cars will reach 340-350 kph before braking for an "open-hairpin" that would be done at 130 kph approx. Then another looong straight, like 310-320 at the end of it, to a hairpin that is done at 70 ot 80 kph. Then another straight, followed by a right-left where you gotta lift a little as you climb. Then a left kink flat out and a little bit of braking for the loong sweeper at the NW end of the track. It's the highest point in the track, so then ome two kink that are done flat out and downhill, so I guess the 360 kph could be reached by the time the cars arrive to Peraltada, a carbon copy of the Mexican corner. Basically, I copied the last section from Mexico, so the varied section (right-left-right) is also included. I'd call that the Lee Janotta complex hope you enjoy it! |

My Latest Design for Touring Cars - Maybe F1
I think Morrock has 5 overtaking oppotunities but 1 of them is a bit dawnting. This is at turn 6.
I like this style of curcuit that flows very well and is very fast in most areas (Don't ask about the name I don't have a clue where i got it from!) |

Jordi, that'd be a pretty good track. I especially like the little esses section at turns 3, 4 & 5.
Chaynes, I can see 2 passing spots at turn 3 and turn 11. I quite like that track. I think some parts of it llok like some of my tracks. I like the 1&2 esses, the 6, 7, 8, 9 run, and turns 15 & 16. Turn 17 would be a mongrel. It's very similar to the old first turn at Mexico City. |

Well, after spending all weekend yelling about how bad the modifications to the Hermanos Rodriguez circuit in Mexico City are, and mostly being told to shut up, I needed to vent. So here's the future of Grand Prix racing, the Tilke-Ring.
Nice, slow corners and chicanes so that the sponsor's logos are always visible, a compact design so that the cars are visible 100% of the time to the crowd, and it can also fit nicely on a city block. Nice safe gravel traps and tire barriers for the drivers to hit, and best of all, absolutely no room for passing! And yes, I'm being sarcastic. |

Hmm... I think it'd be better without the first-turn chicane, because it'd make that first hairpin incredible passing spot if you took that out.
It'd probably be more exciting without that slow section at the top, that seems rather out of sorts with the rest of the track. Maybe if you made that part a bit faster... On first impressions, though, I love it. Very fast and with good rythym. The turn just before you got under the first bridge should either be tightened to produced a passing spot there, or loosened to create an exciting flat-out corner into the next one. |
