If you are using that as the indicator of whether they are a pay driver or not then Fernando Alonso, Kamui Kobayashi, and Sergio Perez to name but a few are pay drivers in F1 too then.

Kobayashi and Perez definitely, but Alonso no. I guess the test is whether they would have the seat had they not brought the money.
