Just a random one, but has anyone's soundtrack changed?

I don't have the awesome music that used to play on the main menu anymore Is it related to how far along you are in the championship?

Slooooowwwwwly getting used to the Drag strips. Takes alot more effort tha just stamp on the power and hold on tight. Got alot to think about.
We had the opening round of our GT1 Championship on Tuesday, while we had to work around the latency issues we had a pair of epic races in Dubai and I reckon with a full lobby it's going to be incredible!

Yeh the Drag is not easy, really tough to get away in a FWD monster without spinning up the fronts

Still no Shift 2 for me. For some reason it is not dispatching until June 1st even though both games I ordered were in stock. Super saver isn't usually so slow!

Not that I mind. Not that much time and I have tons of games either untouched or old to finish off.

I finally got round to playing Shift2 this week... and at the moment, I have to say I'm frustrated, but also quietly impressed.

The frustration is down to being so used to Forza3/F1 2010, that I'm struggling with the standard driving view (and why would you want to use anything else!)... especially with the look to apex. Keep instinctivly turning away from the corner, oops!

Still, feels a lot better than previous EA racers I've tried, and certainly a lot more sim like with the driving style (heaven forbid being too late on the brakes!). Haven't done too bad with the racing, can my Focus ST round fairly comfortably on the Hard setting (with no aids), and still win the races... will certainly stick with it for now, as a good alternative to Fz3.

BTW, my gamertag is UncleTed105... but I'm not online at the mo due to the chinese internet provider "upgrading" my equipment to a modem that won't give my XB an automatic IP address!! So DLC either

ummm, it's private (as much as some companies can be.. lol) as far as I know... although the China wide firewall does give for a bit flakey Live service. Interestingly though, my boss says he gets rock solid connection, although he live nearer to Shanghai, so it's pretty much like the UK, depends where you live
