Ridiculous end of the race!! But very good too, amazing result for 01, to come back from the earlier stuff, car was quick all day, amazing pass too, but the lights thing, surely driving along with no lights for any time is a no no

So much green, then the usual,late yellow but that crash was horrific, another foot tot he left and both cars would have been utterly destroyed and possibly hurt drivers and others too, very lucky.

Lets face ti to have over 4 hours of green THERE is crazy, fair play to all drivers and officials

Great race, particularly great drives from #01 & #34 to win their classes.


Relatively drama-free for #7, they kept it clean and took the title. Only a two-week wait for a possible PPM Hypercar sweep.


Ross Gunn did not get it done, but Rexy takes the title - how many gold teeth will that be? Or will they stick the trophy in between two teeth

Enjoyed that race. Will have to re watch the last couple of hours I must admit I was dozing off at that stage (not because I was bored just utterly knackered). Caught the end of the race what an overtake by the 01. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of green running. With that many cars on the grid. The 2nd biggest field to 2011 by my brief research. (Correct me if I'm wrong). Which had 56 cars. I was expecting it to be yet another terrible yellowfest. It was so busy literally every camera shot was just a traffic jam. It was bordering on slightly too many cars just my opinion. Shame it all came down to a classic IMSA late dash for crash yellow as usual. But overall good race enjoyed it.

Penske seemed to just be making sure they finished, which tbh is how they win the championship!


I'm related news, as I was leaving the track early Sunday, 2 Meyer Shank transporters were pulling in. I suspect they are having a test with a new friend....

Yeah, WTR wasn't even taking them home from MP's report. Sounded like they were handing them over at the track and Ganassi was bringing the cars to them this month some time for WTR to get up to speed.
