SC? In the name of Entertainment? It's a bit frustrating to move all the strategy late night-early morning "tracking" into trash. I can understand they put more onto show mode for those who prefer it, but fans who seek that show for sure are going to turn their attention on more entertaining shows anyway and leave endurance racing. Organizers know well that core fans who like to follow the strategies stick to watching it anyway, so no risk on "show mode".

From #5 onboard, looks like Kobayashi didn't cede the turn and hit Campbell's rear end.
I hope the team leader appreciates that his move took the team out of reasonable title contention. Edit - #7 onboard was looking behind at the incident, so no help there. Edit edit - #35 onboard shows #7 going over T3 kerb and into #5. Last edited by J Jay; 15 Sep 2024 at 06:51. |

Why not to show it from trackside cameras? Is it turn 3? There's a camera in that area (at least at Super GT events) if I'm not mistaken.

I think the race will be decided by who gambles on not taking tires at the final pit stop. I think BMW won't take them. Porsche as the championship leader can't gamble. They'll take tires.
