nothing on the pdf says it's 24 hour coverage. Most likely the organizers didn't know at the time MotorsTV's schedule for the race.
Bloomberg also only says "Live". The race was getting entertaining. Shame we continue not having full coverage. If Hindy is'nt there because of his bad mouthing of the Rat, then it just shows how idiotic the rat is. He should acknowledge his critics are at least 50% correct lol. |

I take Hindy for all his imperfections but he burned that bridge awhile ago. I don't think he really supposes nobody listens to his humble radio show. |

Do we know what tires #23, #16 and #13 have on? Holzer is reeling Pilet and Bergmeister in.

you can figure it out from here,
http://www.gt2europe.com/racefacts2.php only the 13 holzer was in a box after the rain started, so I guess he has wetts, and that coincides with him being faster then berg |

Would Holzer be really on different tires?
He isn't making up that ground, is he? The only one who's consequently doing that, is Luhr; 4-5 seconds a lap. |

Isn't it a bit early for the BMS Porsche to pit again?

Both Bruni and Holzer were lapping a good 4-6 seconds a lap quicker than the top 3 cars but both seem to have dropped into the 2:50's now.

Bruni's still gaining seconds from time to time, but not consistently lap after lap. |

Ferrari definitely erred by not bring a car crewed by 3 or 4 pros who all know the car well. Bruni and Vilander are very quick, but van de Poele and Longin are not as quick in Ferraris and the BMWs and Porsches have much more well-rounded crews.

Isn't that typical for the Spa 24H race, where you find a lot of Belgian drivers in some of the faster cars?
e.g. Van de Poele, Bouvy, Mollekens, Goossens, ... Van de Poele use to be in the Vitaphone Maserati for a few years in succession too. Maybe the Vitaphone link is why he is in the Ferrari. |

Oh it most certainly is. With a little wedge, we know Ferrari could have lined up Bruni/Melo/Vilander/? but clearly the dollars weren't allocated.

* Narac isn't a pro -- though fast enough, and he knows the car - (HIS car) * Goossens doesn't seem to be an asset to #13 judging by his previous stint. And Kumpen is certainly not in the same league as Fässler, Luhr and Rockenfeller either. (OK, that's an Audi -- not a BMW or Porsche) |

The BMW crews are pretty evenly matched, even though I don't know how well Dirk Adorf does at Spa. He's a Nordschleife ace for sure, I don't think he has much experience with other tracks though.

You're not the only one...I cringed when the commentators called him a "Toyota dealer" - he (or his family) do own a Toyota dealership, but that makes it sound like he's a gentleman driver who bought his seat, not a proper works driver.

Both BMWs are losing quite some time right now, seems like the car is not as quick in the rain.

Maybe the Michelin tires are better suited to the condition than the BMW's Dunlops?
-- Ragginger too seems to struggle, but that can't be down to tires. |

He was the poleman in 2009 24 hours of Nürburgring. Certainly not a gentleman driver.
