There's a nuclear war in the horizon apparently
http://www.dailysportscar.com/2015/0...ointments.html No comments from either side so obviously it's true |

We've seen this movie before, seems like. Twice actually. NASCAR seems to want nothing less than absolute control. |

I thought they were suing each other for poaching an employee
Julie Bentley from IMSA to PWC, and Geoff Carter from PWC to IMSA. Neither group was happy their employee was approached by the other series. |

"More recently," World Challenge Vision responded with its own suit. I think that this thirst for power, is what has driven pretty much all of NASCARs involvement in sports car racing over the years. Perhaps, since the SCCA sanctions the World Challenge Vision events, they should respond to these actions by pulling corner worker support of the IMSA events. |

And if WC Vision did NOT include any restrictions about re-emplyment but IMSA did then they are screwed. Personally could not care any less about this as it happens in other businesses on an almost daily basis and would be a non-story in any other business. |

The abolishing of the IMSA safety team comes to mind.

It was brought up nearly every race when someone crashed or broke and the safety team looked like the Three Stooges out there.

Also, My suggestion, (again, not meant to be taken seriously.) Was not intended to "screw with driver safety". The idea was to make holding a racing event impossible. |

It's been awhile, so here's the updated GT/GT-A entry list tracker http://nasportscar.com/entry-list-so...tgt-a-class-2/
You'll notice EFFORT's lineup is also confirmed in there as well Last edited by nasportscar; 28 Jan 2015 at 15:27. |

Apparently no Andretti Nissans, but maybe a chance for AIM Autosport to run the GTRs instead
