Frank Williams said years ago , that F1 is a buisness , the only sporting moment is the 1 1/2 hours on a Sunday's race .

There's a differens between watching it and thinking it.
When you think motorsport as entertainment you want it to suite what entertains you the most. But if you think motorsport as a sport, then you want it to be more "sporty".
The reason i used that statement was that, Peugeot allowing Audi to race a car which is not legal to the regulations, would not be fair, Therefore not good for the Sport. But instead it's good for the entertainment as we would have both Peugeot and Audi.
But Motorsport is not entertainment, it's a sport which can be viewed as entertainment. Therefor Peugeot should not be blamed for doing what everybody in sport would do.
But this is a done discussion, so let it rest.

Tom908V12 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
According to AutoHebdo website today, Emmanuel Collard could join Peugeot-Sport for their endurance program

Remains to be seen in what of the four 908s he'd go

I personally bet for the ORECA, a crew Lapierre-Panis-Collard

Isn't he a bit too good to go in the "private" car?, wont Peugeot keep him in their own cars?

Isn't Klien rumoured to be on the outer at Peugeot/looking for a seat in F1?
Brabham isn't confirmed yet, either. So a works seat is still possible.

In fact it was totally WRONG rumour by Autohebdo about Collard(not at Peugeot-Sport at all)

By the way, Peugeot-sport had again a 30h test last week in Spain(Stéphane Sarrazin was missing because he was running Rallye Monte-Carlo, but as usual Sébastien Loeb was present)...no news about the tests thought

Interesting...on Planetlemans LMS season provisionnal entrylist, it's written "confirmed" about the presence of two factory 908s at the 1000km of Spa-Francorchamps !!! I thought nothing was official until Quesnel tells the program(scheduled for after mid-february)

The organizer of the 1000km of Spa has just confirmed today there will be four 908s(the three factory ones and the ORECA)on this last LMS round before Le Mans race !!!!

It'll be a very very strong competitive event...how lucky you are Belgians

Is Audi confirmed for Spa? From somewhere (sorry - no source I can point) I seem to recall they were looking at doing Paul Ricard instead.

Doesn't detract from prospect of Spa being good this year. Very tempted - especially with lots of Eurostar points burning hole in wallet.

From their December press release:

Audi Sport Team Joest plans also to contest the 1000-kilometer race at Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium), which Audi would like to use as a dress rehearsal for Le Mans, with three cars.

Having both in Spa will not only make Spa fantastic, but LM even more mouth-watering, as whatever the outcome will be quite fresh in everyone's head just a month later.

In today Autoplus newspaper Olivier Quesnel says the press conference of Peugeot-Sport is scheduled at the 22nd february

All he confirms before Le Mans is, without surprise for us, the 12 hours of Sebring...

Will this still be true if IMSA allows Audi to run the R15?

I dont see why not.

Peugeot isn't worried about losing to Audi at Sebring. They're there to learn for the most part.
