There will still be plenty of spectators around to see your race guys. some will leave but even if 50% remain, that's 45,000. You'll only get a bigger crowd at Goodwood.
A lot of F1 fans stay back now as they go to the concert to see Lewis, Jenson & DC up on the stage with one or two others. The F1 drivers are up there interviewed between the two bands. Let's face it, they can't get in the F1 paddock now to see their heroes - unless you have the correct pass - so seeing them at this party is the nearest they get. |

Don't get me wrong, if the car and me were eligible I would have entered, and if accepted would have put up with the "grief "on such a big occasion. Its just that I wouldn't go to watch !

all you've got to do is change tyres and take a few stickers off!

Coming to this one quite late. I haven't seen the tickets etc yet but have rented a motorhome. What is the story with that? Will they just let it in or we need a special pass for it?

Roger
I've asked everyone and got absolutely nowhere . . . quite what everyones supposed to do all weekend is beyond me, motorhome or not invite people to race 2 weeks before the event and not even allowing camping, what the **** do they expect everyone to do, the whole event, every hotel, B&B, and campsite for miles has been sold out for ages. I'm going to do what I originally planned and argue to the death IF anyone questions it! |

Roger, you told me ......don't you remember? You're a Cortina owner so you can park it between the pit garages and the trucks. |

I believe they've said I can park where the red cars are so plan to head straight for the Ferrari garage with my Dagenham Dustbin. We are putting the finishing touches on a nice prancing horse on the front - I'm sure they will never notice!
