Sarrazin turning some fine laps, keeping up with TK in the #2 Audi. Amazing.

Let Audi # 2 blocks Toyota as long as possible then maybe #1 will catch up #8.

TK dropped the hammer or has Sarrazin used up his stuff? Now over 5 seconds behind Kristensen.

Cracking work by young Brundle--triple stint behind the wheel.
Steph has lost nearly 2 seconds on each of the last laps--Tom now leading by over 7 seconds. #2 Audi does have some damage on the nose from the love tap McNish had while battling Seb. |

Great Oak battle, very nice to see those young guys battling it out in LMP2.
The class could really earn itself a reputation for young single seater talents to be in. |

Toyota's fast lap a bit more than a second slower than Audi, yet they are right there in the mix. Good stuff in P2 amongst teammates as well.

Duval is on another planet in the #2--he's taking 2-3 seconds out of the Toyota now.

It's a tricky situation, after one stint the tires on the #8 are obviously starting to fade away, they have to double-stint to keep the pressure up though.

I wonder if it's also driver fatigue--the Toyota isn't known, at least as far as the drivers are concerned, for the efficiency of it's driver cooling system.
Audi right now single stinting drivers. Steph's fading fast--tires, driver fatigue, or both? |

Its about 90 degrees F. Any driver would be hot. Toyota pacing themselves. Audi (Duval) driving flat out.

Every lap Toyota can stay ahead of Audi is good for them. What they don't want is Audi running away with it.

Sadly, that's what it seems it is now it seems--Duval will likely start to pull away.
Steph's gotta be wanting to get out of that car, and it needs new boots for sure. |

Great move from Treluyer. I hope that he does not get a penalty for that.

Audi #2 will pit in 3 laps. So the gap to Toyota is pretty useless if its single digits.
