Thanks gi_gav. I know what you mean about the whites of their eyes, trouble is most of the time the riders wear dark visors. He's one of Yukio Kagayama,( he's another one that looks right at you)I absolutely love his riding style, can't wait for next season to start

It was amazing standing there, he would slide the car sideways out of the chicane and be still be getting the car straight as he put full power down to head up to druids!

I was marshalling that day on Post 4.

Just as they were comming of the gravel and turning up into Hailwoods!

These cars are so impressive.

Also got a bit of Pit Lane work done.
Watching these cars of the start is amazing.

There cars were very impressive! a good way to finish the year before it gets too cold!

I've got somewhere in the region of 300 pics, i was there both days with my digital camera. Obviously not all the pics are of the supercars, but i havent got them with me at the moment.

Thought best not to insert it due to size - not exactly my best ever shot, but it'll do until I've scanned some more.

Er details maybe .... EOS 1N, 300 2.8 + 1.4x convertor, shutter 400th sec on shutter priority - looks like f/4 to me. Fuji Velvia pushed one stop. Uncropped though I might do so.

Its a lovely crisp shot with good vibrant colours. The fact that it doesn't show yet another F1 car helps as well.....

I wouldn't crop it personally, - the orange car will probably be obtrusive and distracting. Like this, the whole scene works very nicely.
