chewymonster should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The Tuesday times that are currently up on the ALMS website are incomplete and mixed up. The Eco Racing Radical time of 1:46 belongs to car number 1, the Audi R10. And Ferrari GT2s won't be running Sebring in 1:56.

Yes, live timing and scoring should be up and running on Wednesday.

Live timing doesn't begin until Wednesday, the first day of official practice.

They usually don't have it up and running on promoter's test days.

do you think the P2s will lose on pure speed or reliability?

Prenez vos nouvelles en français! (Get your news in French guys!)

The AGR Acura has the second time overall for the day... it's fast! And the Penske Spyders are in the very high 1:4Xs. Ah, and the Corvette (the interesting one) seems FAST!

Friday is always the same. ALMS have a pracrice in the morning and then is just supporting races. After the ALMS practice the Speed Touring Cars have their first race of the season and late in the afternoon the Speed GT series have their first race also. Other than that their is nothing to do but drink beer!!!

Just off the top of my head those look like test day times, not current ones. There are some numbering errors (eg. McNish in car #2) and we already have seen the times for the session today (there is only one, this afternoon). They are not those.

Yeah, those look like winter test times mixed in with todays times. Very odd.

This whole "organisation of timing" is ridiculous! I thought this was the ALMS' flagship event??? Looks more like a leaky rowing boat than a grand boat at the centre of a great fleet.

Why is all the timing screwed?

Anybody think Intersport might have new sponsers, and that's why the car has minimal decals?

Well if they do or don't I like the slightly different design this year and the 37 on the nose is a throwback!

This is a promoters test day, there is nothing official about it. The Sebring event starts on Wednesday.

If they do have new sponsors I would like to know why they still have a certain hack of a funded driver in the car. Without starting another debate, there are few people who can so comprehensively bin a car behind the SC. I think maybe they just redid the base decals and haven't put sponsors back on the car yet. Love the non-regulation number on the nose now, guess they can do what they want before tomorrow.

dj4monie is heading for a stewards' enquiry!
John ‘Hindy’ Hindhaugh has touched down in Florida the land of questionable elections and lack of "pubs" near his hotel room.

I hope the coverage doesn't suffer because they had to drink American swill -

I'll be setting my Reply A/V to record first session as I sleep and I will miss the second session because I will be up in Sacramento racing the SRT-4.

Sebring in HD whoo hoo, can't wait until Saturday only to be interrupted by stoopid Nationwide Series, I mean a Cup regular is going to win... Then Cup final practice, at least it can't be overrun like that ARCA race that delayed the start of the Mosport race.

Memo to Speed -

You do that shhh again and I'll have a fresh steaming pile of dog poo FedEx'ed to Charlotte.

Okay I got al l the rants out of my system for this week....

Actually it's just Nationwide Qualifying (1 hour) and Sprint Practice (1 hour), so really no chance of a delay barring something epic.
