Swiss cheese has holes in it, at least that's the percieved image, Emmantal is the typical example, now wheather processed swiss cheese food has holes in it, I doubt very much. It's probably more like a runny paste. Some Dutch cheese, like Maasdammer has holes in it. I haven't come across a French cheese with holes but living so near France, I'm not ruling it out, yet.
