Jarvis, that was just a dirty move. Could have ended badly for Dumas....

Amazing! The Audis fly out out of the corners. What a difference a year makes.

The 7 Audi doesn't look right to me. Looks like the left front bodywork is lower than right front.

These Audis will need tyre changes in the pits, the #7 is rubbing its front left pretty badly.
Edit - If they don't sort it out in a few stints time, they will struggle on their double stint. Edit edit - Jarvis pits, fuel and tyres. Lotterer in on the next lap. Last edited by J Jay; 17 Apr 2016 at 11:43. |

Both Toyotas pitting with #2 Porsche. Full service for all the cars (Kobayashi, Davidson, Jani).
Webber now pits. |

Slower stops for the Audis would be consistent with any rubbing issues on the front bodywork.

Wow, someone was actually pinged for track limits.
Now let's see if they are consistently pinged or if it's as random as it was last time. |

Staying on the lead lap by the end of this race would be a win for Toyota at this point.

Ford is not sucking in WEC like it does in IMSA.

The TS050 are able to match the VAG cars' bad laps, but even that's only the #5 at the moment.
For 2016, see 2015... |

Not really impressed with the ex-F1 drivers like Merhi, Stevens and Petrov. Lapping quite similar lap times as Rusinov, Gonzales and Cumming.

Wurz is saying the car is optimised for Le Mans, and that they lack a bit of downforce. Hope there is more to come out of the TS050, unlike last year...

Have to say, impressed with the quality of the video stream on the WEC website, I've managed to log in to it on my android TV and its full HD with no lag. Better picture than when I watched the F1!

Lap times are stable between the VAG cars, but the #1 is consistently a couple of tenths faster per lap. Toyotas falling away noticeably now.
Edit - That was close from the ByKolles and Rebellion at Copse! It also helped Lotterer get past Jarvis who were just behind the two. Edit - Jarvis has a problem, he's well down on power (possibly hybrid). |

LMP1-L also not as miserable as it used to be ... and maybe Jarvis has mechanical issues?

#8 pits
EDIT: #97 in trouble - in garage #7 in, Lotterer gets out. #8: di Grassi in car (but slow stop -- 30 sec too long) #97 back out |
