That's what RLM is for, though I'm not as big a fan of Hindy as many others.
Before NASCAR owned most of the tracks and the advent of half-season media contracts; individual tracks were the event promoters and contracted tv coverage to a variety of networks (with widely variable commentary). I used to mute the TV and find a radio station (usually country) carrying MRN or PRN.

Live timing fine by me - as usual quite a few seconds ahead. I used the built in delay in the app I linked to - no problem.

The difference in gap between the two will not be down to anything they have done.

How is everyone's pace. What means Cadillac don't have it all their own way. Is it pace of the others now it darker, tire changes, some pit stop mix ups? It wouldn't take much to mix it up as the pace in practice was really close between them all.

Van Der Linde just set fastest GT LAP. Serra just behind has done its fastest lap, but that’s 0.8s slower.

Seems so.

Michelin (by the way Hindy has S4s on his car) has about 5,000 wet tires at Daytona.

I would imagine that by the time the rain comes most teams will have got through all their double stinting?

The radar looks like rain midnight to 1am but it still has to cross the state, so it might be nothing when it gets there.
