TWR022 was raced by Tommy Suharto in Indonesia in 1990 and may have been the car he raced at the Oran Park round of the ATCC. It was raced at Sandown and Bathurst as a 2nd Lusty car with John Lusty & Bernie Stack driving before sold to Warren Jonnson in 1991 then George Ayoub in 1994. Mike Conway co-drove with Ayoub in 1994, but I don't think owned the car.

http://www.my105.com/Classified.asp?...38&exfeature=1 I know it's not a racecar but I thought there might be a little tolerence for a car like this to be promoted here. Cheers David |

The "NO" was for I dont want to buy it, not that you cant advertise it here. I saw it before on 105 and thought it was awsome.

I don't know how fast or how many horses, I've never had it on the track or a dyno. It's fun to drive on the few occassions I use it. I've done about 4,000kms since I bought it

Anyone know what happened to Greg Murphy's 2003 Bathurst-winning VY? i.e. where has this ended up?

This is one of the cars in the Tony Bates/Geoff Emery team. A Commodore Cup driver who posts on another message board I go to had a test in it recently at Winton.

According to my records, the 2003 winning chassis is HRT043 and that chassis is with Tony Bates. Emery's car is HRT054 the one that got rear ended half way up mountain straight on Lap 1 in the 2006 Bathurst.
The Murphy/R Kelly 2004 winning chassis is HRT044 and it is this one that has done to D'Alberto. I am not sure is D'Alberto still has this chassis as well as chassis HRT048 (last Brock Bathurst car), HRT052 (Rick Kelly champ car in 2006, and D'Alberto Dev Series champ car in 2007) & HRT053 |

044 was raced by Tony D'Alberto in 05 & Mark McNally in 06, 048 by D'Alberto in 06, and 052 by D'Alberto in 07 & David Reynolds in 08. I believe 050 and 053 are owned by West Coast Racing with McNally using 053 in 07 and 08 before moving to 050 for rounds 6 & 7 in 08 and rounds 1 & 2 in 09. Of the other HRT cars of the VT-VZ era: 037 is I believe owned by Greg Murphy Racing in NZ converted to a 6 litre ride car 038 was last reported as with Bap Romano 040 (the Lowndes Calder rollover car) was repaired as a HRT ride car 041 was the Mark Porter car destroyed at Bathurst in 06 042, 046 & 047 were with Paul Weel Racing with one currently being advertised for sale in Auto Action 045 is retained by HRT to be restored to VX specs 049 is owned by Jay Motor Sport and was raced by Shane Price this year 051 is owned by Action Racing and has been rebuilt after a testing accident at the beginning of the year |
