I know what you mean. I have posted a few updates here but not noted them down as I normally would. Time to sort that out.

Well apart from possible late withdrawals, there's still the RTLM entry list to come. Always possible that a random Ginetta or ADESS shows up on it since we know some of them have been sold to customers.
However, this year not only won't the TV audiences see Race 1 of RTLM, as has been the custom since the inception of the event (and on MWM they said ACO won't even bring out highights-reels cameras for it as they had done in the past), but absolutely no-one else will see it either with the ban of fans. Marshals will see it I guess. Since they shook up the Wes-Fri scheduling + shortened LM24 warm-up to ludicrous 15 minutes + start procedure ceremonies are less important this year, I do not understand why did they not just make it a 2 hour race on Saturday instead. It's the only race of Michelin Le Mans Cup that actually matters and every year it gets the worst coverage and treatment. I mean, you can see qualifying coverage of MLMC Paul Ricard, but not race coverage of MLMC Le Mans, okay... Anyway, (in Race 2) will be interesting to see the Oak-Norma matchup now that Onroak has supposedly modified the car more to be LM-friendly Last edited by Deleted; 22 Aug 2020 at 20:21. |

I believe that is a rhetorical question that doesn’t need an answer. Or at least I hope we don’t get one.
Still we must be getting close as we have the Road to Le Mans isn’t on telly comments again. It’s a bit like driving through Rouen - I’m getting quite excited... |

Having watched the MLMC at both Ricard and Spa in full live (as my son spanners in it), it does seem odd not to have the race covered though...

Yes... well at least there's race 2
And with the Carrera Cup happening before warm-up instead of between that and RTLM, there's a decent-ish chance it's televised on Eurosport. On some years the spec support race is broadcasted and on some not. Ferrari Challenge seems to have had the worst chance of being shown |

According to AUTOhebdo.fr, the team Carlin won't be at Le Mans.

Full entry list here.
http://www.dailysportscar.com/wp-con...2020-Entry.pdf The only thing that confuses me is the official list still has Ryan Cullen in the #21 Dragonspeed, but only two days ago Dailysportscar was reporting "Buret replaces Ryan Cullen in the DragonSpeed line-up, the Irishman is understood to have left the DragonSpeed team". http://www.dailysportscar.com/2020/0...d-le-mans.html |

Did Kessel sell its entry to Iron Lynx, or did they withdraw and did Iron Lynx volunteer for an extra spot? I don't know. |

Maybe the ACO had not yet been informed when they published this list? |

It certainly seems to be a third car, but it wasn't on the reserve list. I think your suggestion that Kessel sold it on is the most likely.

According to Japanese Autosport web, Yuhi Sekiguchi's participation is still not confirmed.
If you put "TBC (To be confirmed)" in the entry list at the moment, ACO will impose a large fine. So the team couldn't put "TBC" in entry list. However, Sekiguchi prioritizes SGT/SF and therefore may not be able to participate in LM24 due to quarantine. In that case, the team would hire another international driver. https://www.as-web.jp/sports-car/617145?all |

The grid isn't that short of numbers - at the moment.
