The white border around the letters is too thin. Red on dark grey is hard to read.

Helio and Kyle will have to skip Sebring to run at Texas, Indy will be changing the schedule to require Saturday running.

RHR returns to the track with Ganassi for Sebring in the 01.
https://www.imsa.com/news/2022/02/15...anassi-racing/ KMags looks likely in the 02 as Peugeot won't be running at Sebring. |

Does anyone have a link or source of technical regulations? I found myself looking a picture of the m8 gte swan neck wing mounts. I get it's more advantageous to keep the bottom of the wing clean, though I wondered why they don't just make the mounts also the end plates. Is there a rule specifying how far apart wing supports can be?

Jose Maria Lopez in for retired dude in the 48 as expected with Indy drivers staying in Texas rather than his chartered flight for everyone to travel between the two.

Grayed out sections for some of the technical stuff in both GTD Pro and GTLM. I didn't check other classes to see what kind of car design and construction info was in place or unavailable.
It's weird it feels like one of those things that it's just the way it is, but I'm sure there's a rule somewhere dictating wing support placement. |

I skimmed it and didn't see anything but wonder it that is covered in the ACO regs and IMSA uses the car as homologated for that. Wonder if the forces are also best applied there at the center of the car or diffuser design requires that mounting in the center of the car so it has become the best solution.

What's effectively limiting their width on probably every car anyways though is that they have to be straight up and down when viewed from the front/back and directly attach to the chassis, which for example in the case of the space frame C8 or 488 means they have to fit between the wheels and even on the unibody cars it's difficult to place them outside the rear lid width. |

An amazing number of cars, loving it! Wondering who'll get drafted in to replace K-Mag in the #02? Perhaps one of the Toyota guys (bar Conway and Kobayashi) or maybe Briscoe who has the obvious Ganassi link (and assuming Glickenhaus would let him). Romain Dumas, Paul di Resta, Harry Tinckwell or Rene Rast might be options as well (and all of these drivers would have to pull double duty as they're already scheduled to participate in the WEC race on Friday). |

No, various drivers (Conway, Kobayashi, Keating to name a few) already do. It's up to the primary employer to release their employee.
