Sounds like Jota have a lot of work to do.

Chassis is completely naked.

Warm up has become a very important session for them.

It tight in the pit lane. If there is a car next door some teams are spinning the car round if it is still on dollies to give it an angle to pull out.

The Lamborghini seems to catch a lot of other hypercar drivers out in the brake zones. They are surprised by how early it is braking.

Despite not being particularly quick, the Lamborghini also has been very difficult to pass because of how much power they have been given below 250 km/h. It is like a rocket on the corner exits.

Sounds like gearbox issues for the Inception Mclaren, only have 2.5 hrs to sort it before Hyperpole.

The Jota #12 must have been a completely new bare chassis which had never had any preparation on it. I wonder if the team had it as a spare or had to get it direct from Porsche overnight.

EDIT: it’s a Penske chassis

Anyone's live/timing scoring (WEC or t71) stuck?

Mine has been for awhile.

Shows 20laps for #2 at top of charts....and 19laps next few cars.

Not only you I'm afraid! As you say for a while. And they don't even show RC notices od driver changes. Phew.

Working fine for me, but I wonder why they make T&S slightly different for this race vs all the other wec rounds?

Ferrari and BMW put up late fliers to go 1 and 3 to end FP3

Looks like #15 is making good progress.
Ferrari and Toyota finished the practice very well.
Cadillac is the mainstay...

But, watch out for that Alpine, as they could steal the show...

Funny things can happen when everything is monitored/policed any time. For instance D'Station, Akkodis and TF sport asked for the assistance of an official traductor, mainly japanese/english (and vice versa I hope!!) to be able to communicate with one driver. Or two…

If conditions end up being "non-dry" tonight, it will be a good practice for teams to get ready for potential conditions on Sunday. In other words, we may have more participants than we would if the forecast was different.

From the on-board vids some drivers are struggling to keep the front tires warm after a long SZ (Alpine for instance) so not only wet conditions but cold temps too. Or they should ask to Andrew not-dry tyres!

There are two different live timing links from WEC.

The first one is just like the other WEC rounds
The second one is a bit nicer on the eyes, however it gives slightly less information.
