The Walter car is quite hurt. Its disassembled in the pits now, soon to be off to the tafe compound

Mr Bayliss was fortunate not to have the #12 car burn to the ground, engine airbox fire... Lots of extinguishers, a thorough clean in the paddock.

The 'Jesus loves crashing' car is also being repaired. Again. After going in nose first this time,

Another FPR car causes a crash.

The only surprise is it was frosty, the 'cause of crashes' was about 90/10 ratio between him and richo, i assumed it was richo lol

That would have been Yesterday (Friday), #13 (Fisher / D. Sieders), backed it in, has just recently side swiped the wall at the cutting (200m back from the rear-ender).

No help from upstairs, all you can do is pray (that they finish the race).

Today they drove the car into the wall at the cutting, hit fairly side-on, was waiting for a Crompton Watts-linkage comment.

First time watching the race at home for a while.

Q. Who is this Tom Williams muppet?

I like the new camera before Reid Park, the wall cams at the grate, and the swinging crane shot at Forrests Elbow. Meh to the camera on the inside of the Cutting and the one on Mountain Straight. No super-slow-mo?

Garrrr why is the coverage of the support series always so poor! Commentators telling us how awesome the Aston is going, why don't you show us! Then just when they do and its about to challenge for a podium, they cut to ads.

It's only a 12 lap race ffs, and of course we missed all the action to ads.

Allow me to add to my rant:
Why don't they not-count the safety cars laps to allow some sort of race to happen after an accident. Why would you bother bringing your GT car to Bathurst to get a couple laps in, have half your race telecast in an ad break, and then see-ya-later, thanks for doing some laps behind safety car which was also under ad break.

No wonder such categories struggle to be popular.

/end rant

Why the hell was Frozen already out there and going slowly on the racing line into the breaking area?? The Bright car already had to go of racing line to pass before the eventual incident...

From an FPR fan.
If a backmarker or wildcard had caused these 3 incidents, by the 3rd time they'd be hit with a $50K fine, half suspended for 12mths. The 3rd offence has resulted in injury to a fellow competitor.

FPR seriously need to show some respect, something that is absolutely missing from this team. Not only have they been massively shown-up by the non-factory 888 for the last 3 years, but now they are making complete buffoons of themselves on the track... embarrasing effort by FPR, regardless of Sunday's result.

What a disappointment today has been. Virtually no racing, poor driving standards, lots of ad breaks.

At least the article on Paul Radisich was interesting, 3 months on his back not moving - ouch!

Like today's telecast so far. Plenty of practice (giving the stories behind the race), racing from the sports cars and now the Fujitsu cars, shoot out coming up - all good.
