It would not be good for the sport if Audi would win here outright. Let them come back next year.

Personally I wouldn't have minded not seeing the same team with largely the same car win the fourth time in a row.

It is an impressive effort though, you have to admit. Fighting off four works-backed cars and running what could be the fourth flawless 24 hour race in a row...incredible.

At least this year, we had a race for 19+ hours.
Would be great to see more Ford GTs next year. They do show promise. Come on Matsch! Hopefully the media support will improve. I'm sure that the efforts of RLM can't go unnoticed by the organizers in order for them to think about changing some things because it's frequently near impossible to figure out what's going on. |

The sad thing is that the ADAC doesen't care much about the international exposure of the event. |

The 3 Audi teams are presented as Audi partner teams. Can't see how different that is to Manthey or some Porsche teams at Le Mans. All these teams mentioned are professionally organized motorsport companies experienced and dedicated to racing and dealing cars. |

Judging by the amount of coverage on dsf they don't care to much about the german tv exposure either.
But a 5 min (plus a pitstop) gap might just be small enough to make for a nice finish. To bad live timing is so bad, hard to find out how the lap times are compared to each other. |

Possibly the rule changes, despite the removal of all the 'classic' cars will attract more and more entries since many have said, despite the glamour of those cars, they were a bit of a hassle and a danger during the race. If we keep getting even better entries over the next years, clearly ADAC has got to wake up. They might not care now but by RLM's efforts it's already being done unofficially. Without RLM, fans would either have to go to the race or follow it on the web or tv on German broadcasts and that would scare away a few fans. With RLM, people end up staying on longer than they would because they can see and understand much better what's going on. Just my 2 bits. |

Indeed, many thanks to RLM once again!
With Dumas, Bernhard and Lieb winning (left out Tiemann on purpose) these guys could do the double this year at Le Mans either overall or in class (Lieb). No matter which car Dumas and Bernhard get put into those 2 together are fantastic and, of course, Lieb is in the Felbermayr Porsche with 2 other works drivers so he's definitely a big favourite. Has anyone ever done the double? |

Well done, Manthey.
With all their lobbying Audi really didn't deserve that one. |

Well done to Manthey, proving that even with all these stupid restrictions the RSR is still unbeatable.

Greatful win! One of the most fought edition of the race! Congratulations to Porsche and Manthey team!:
But... Ferrari?! The announced a version of the F430 by Michelotto for VLN series. They raced the car in 2008 edition but...?! It was not good enough to catch Porsches! Porsche rulez! |

Great race. Porsche + Manthey = Phenomenal.
Really looking forward to visit Nurburgring 24 next year. What an atmosphere! PS. Many thanks to RLM (wish I knew a bit earlier about their live coverage). |
