Just joking, but it's strange how they don't announce the last guy for a week.
What's Antonio Pizzonia doing this year...

If Pizzonia joined the F2 field I'd say he has mental issues. Sorry sniper, for the guy with his experience and a record in Brazilian stock cars going down to F2 would be total stupidity.

I'm glad you said that, I didn't think the numbers added up properly!

Unless he really was 14 when he did Formula Vauxhall...

To be fair a couple of drivers only competed part seasons in '08, which obviously doesn't lead to an impressive placing in the final championship table.

Mind you, 26th in Swiss Formula Renault will never look impresssive...

I'm pleased for Milos; he's a lovely guy.

I'm glad the penny has finally dropped about the difference in quality between the drivers.

I know the same can be said of any formula, but this is an extreme case.

I guessed it, almost. Little experienced in single seaters, promising karter Good luck to Milos, he may actually be one of the main challengers because of his experience with different cars.

The two links I posted are copies from his homepage from different years. In 2002 and to the 2006 season he was born in 1980. Then from 2006 and onwards he states he was suddenly born in 1982.

Haha, so he is making himself look younger? Is there any need?! Age aside, he has a huge amount of experience, this title is his to win...

But hey, if someone fails to pay the fee or something, we'll have a beautiful reserve driver jumping in... Emma Kimiläinen. I kid you not.

As for Pavlovic, he has three birth dates: October 8, 1980, December 8, 1980 and October 8, 1982

Considering the way you get licenses here, you can become younger or older whatever times you want. I guess it's the same in Serbia. Actually Milos should try tin-tops of LMP racing if he has a good season in F2, they don't care about age as in F1.
Anyway, this age mania is stupid IMO. I listened to a podcast with the ex-Toleman team-chief Alex Hawkridge and he mentioned that Qinetiq have done some research on neurons at the buttocks, and the end result was that if you want to be fast - you need to start karting before 10! So, Williams as their partner, don't get drivers who have started later.
It is may be true, but it's just a small part of what makes the driver great, it's not the all important factor. They have explored a 1/10th of what makes a good driver/figther pilot, but they have just assumptions and "educated guesses" for the remaining 9/10ths.
