Another marshal truck stuck, T6/7. Expecting a FCY as that's dangerous. Edit: It's gone now, thankfully! |

Front piece on the nose loose on #7. That's also not the first time we've seen that on a Bentley.

That super short FCY was extremely badly handled. There was no way the Am drivers were going to cope with that.

What a move by Caldarelli. He overtook 3 Mercedes in a lap, 2 of them in one corner.

That's the kind of move that wins championships. Impressive stuff.

He's definitely looking for those 8 points he needs on the #8 Bentley.

Soucek better gives that position back, otherwise I see a drive-though penalty coming up ...

Bentley 8 should give that place back. They don't have time for this sort of arsing about.
Edit: Strictly speaking, what the BMW did there was what the Bentley was penalised for at the Nurburgring. |

This is brilliant, but it's going to end in tears.

So #114 must hand a position to #43 because #114 pushed #8. I don't understand that ...

Cruel luck for #8. Can't even reach his pit box

Those ultra-short FCYs do cause some confusion, indeed.

FCY and back to green within a few seconds, with no announcement. It's like rolling a dice every few minutes.

One of the front lights on #84 is not working.
Does it have to work? #88 doesn't have its lights on at all. |

"all of the top GT racers are here". I am not sure I agree with that statement.
Quite the contrary, really |

Yeah, Blancpain is awesome, but it's not quite the best in the business for the most part.
Hoping the Laguna Seca event is as good as this though. I think I'd watch a bit more PWC if it just became Blancpain USA. |

So, if we are 'under wet conditions', I assume all lights should work?
#88 has put its lights (back) on since that message, but left front on #84 doesn't work. |

Gutted for Bentley, but otherwise I really enjoyed the race. The battle for the lead between the Mercedes and the Audi in the last hour was really entertaining.
Amazing grid of GT3 cars with almost fifty entries, but they really need a few more Porsches. |

I'm really looking forward to the Laguna Seca race. Maybe next year we'll get a few more longer races.

Great win for the AKKA team; measured drive by the #63 Grasser car to win the Team and Drivers title. The Endurance Team award for M-Sport hardly seems enough for the astonishing rebuild after Guy Smith dropped the car in tricky conditions in Qualy.

Probably my fav current series.
Great racing, cars and drivers. How did Audi get back to front running ways? BOP reductiom? Those Emil Frey's were quick! |
